Who they are
Isabella G. is a student leader in the Wenatchee School District who serves in student government and chairs the City of Wenatchee’s Junior City Council. She is passionate about sustainability and public policy and hopes to study environmental studies and political science before pursuing a career in environmental law.
Why they joined SEM
Isabella joined an energy-management program as a younger student seeking meaningful work and has remained involved for more than two years. Through SEM, she developed a passion for climate policy and now hopes to help Washington buildings reduce energy use and comply with the Clean Buildings Performance Standard.
