Ximena G. is a student in the Wenatchee School District who is passionate about business, leadership, and creating opportunities for others. She participates in DECA, National Honor Society, and SEM, enjoys soccer and time with family and friends, and hopes to study business administration at Gonzaga University.
Why they joined SEM
Ximena joined SEM to grow as a leader, take on meaningful responsibility, and learn how her attitude can influence a team. Her work with the operations and maintenance team has also introduced her to technical shop vocabulary and a field where she believes more women should feel encouraged to participate.
